Join us to learn more about the Climate + Energy initiative and the LWV of Wichita Metro on Thursday, March 27, 2026, at the Westlink Public Library, located at 8515 W Bekemeyer, Wichita, KS, at 6 p.m. Evergy is proposing two fossil gas plants to the KCC in Reno and Sumner County, with a staggering price tag of $2 billion. Evergy does not have to earn our business; instead, it profits from us. Read the Evergy docket number: 25-EKCE-207-PRE
