Wichita Asian Association is hosting a Kick-off celebration to celebrate the Asian American and Pacific Islander Heritage Month sponsored by the Spice Merchant.
The event will be no-cost, open to all, and family friendly. There is something for everyone at this event. Asian food sampling (till supplies last), kids booth area, cultural Asian attire, cultural performances and much more.

Mid-American All-Indian Museum
Party for the People - 50th Anniversary Keeper of the Plains Dedication - will be hosted by the Bosin Society along City of Wichita-Government, Sedgwick County Government, Evergy and a few other sponsors. They will host a free family-friendly celebration centered around a powwow, Native performances, free museum admission, Native youth and adult art exhibits, food trucks, outdoor games and activities for kids and ending with fireworks.
