Voting Application Forms

Note: Please go to the Sedgwick County Election Office website (or call 660-7100) to determine the date the forms below must be submitted for any given election.

Prefer to vote by mail? Click here for Application for Advance Ballot by Mail and mail or fax it to the SG Co. Election Office. The Election Office starts mailing ballots 20 days before Election Day. The voted ballot must be returned to the Election Office by 7 p.m. on Election Day. Please note that you must submit a seperate advance voting ballot application for each election unless you're applying for permanent advance voting status due to a permanent illness or disability.
Military and overseas voters can vote in federal elections by submitting to the Election Office a completed Federal Post Card Application. This allows a ballot to be mailed 45 days before the election so it can be returned by Election Day.

League Information

LWV: Who We Are is a brochure published by the League of Women Voters, Wichita-Metro. It provides an introduction to the mission and work of the LWV and includes a tear-off membership form with information about joining LWVWM. It is intended to be printed on legal size (8.5" x 14") paper.
